Ted Strickland is down by a lot in the polls. Tonight was the last Ohio Senate debate, and he needed to pick up momentum to try to close the gap to single digits. That did not happen.

Ted Strickland’s Senate campaign has gone off the rails. After being abandoned by the DSCC and Senate Majority PAC, Strickland has seen his poll numbers fall off a cliff.

Failing Ohio Senate candidate Ted Strickland must be starting to realize that the cavalry is never coming to help him out. After all, respected elections observer Larry Sabato has now moved the race to “Safe Republican.”
